A 32-Year-old female presented to OPD with breathing difficulty. The patient had B/L Pleural effusions and was taking ATT for the past 1 year but no response. CECT chest advised by Dr. N.P Singh(Physician)showed persisting B/L Pleural fluid with Nodula Pleural bases opacities and thus, was referred to Dr. Apar Agarwal for further management. Medical thoracoscopy was done by Dr. Apar Agarwal’s pleural fluid aspirated and a pleural biopsy taken patient stable post-procedure and was discharged to follow up with reports.
