28-Year-old female patient referred to Dr. Apar Agarwal from Dr. Apar Agarwal by Dr. Amitabh Gautam. She had a complaint of weight loss, cough, joint paint, and modular skin lesions. The patient had taken multiple opinions and medications but she got no relief. Finally, the CECT chest advised by Dr. Amitabh Gautam showed mediastinal adenopathy with no pulmonary infiltrates. EBUS + TBNA was done by Dr. Apar Agarwal, cytopathology showed non caseating, granulomtus pathology. Thus, a diagnosis of SARCODOSIS was made along with clinical correlation.
