The patient is a case of a Transesophageal fistula diagnosed on a barrium swallow by oncologist Dr. Shweta The patient was referred to Dr. Apar Agarwal (Interventional Pulmonologist). Y shape tracheal stent was placed (mesh covered metallic stent) under mild sedation, Post-procedure Chest X-ray showed proper deployment on a stent, and the patient was discharged the same day with vitals stable.
